Step 2: We’ll provide sample design drafts for your reference.
Step 3: You can pick out the colors and styles that appeal to you from them.
Step 4: You make the payment in full or pay a deposit.
If the amount is relatively large, we’ll collect a deposit ranging from 30% to 50% in advance.
Step 5: Share your story and design requirements with us, and we’ll design according to your needs.
During the design process, we’ll communicate with you repeatedly until the final design meets your expectations and then finalize it.
Step 6: Once the design is finalized, we’ll start production for you.
The production time for customized products may take around three weeks, which mainly depends on the production line’s order arrangement.
Step 7: While the production is in progress, you can check with us about the production progress from time to time.
When the production is completed, we’ll take photos and videos of the finished products for your confirmation.
Step 8: We’ll ship the products to you right away.
Meanwhile, we will let you know the tracking number of the international express delivery, which will make it convenient for you to track the logistics status of the goods.
By default, we’ll use international express delivery to send them to you. Under normal circumstances, you’ll receive the products within five working days.
